Are ideal gifts for any occasion? We offer gift certificates for all of our spa treatments, spa packages or for a dollar value of your choice. You can also design your own spa packages. These can be ordered over phone, email, web site, by mail or in person. Delivery service by courier would be an extra charge. A credit card number will be required to reserve a Spa Package at the time of booking; alternatively it can be booked online from ‘SHOP’ menu. Please inform our receptionist, if you have a Gift Certificate when booking your appointment.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early before your scheduled appointment to allow time to change into your comfortable robe and slippers and to also wind down before your treatment begins.
In order not to delay or inconvenience clients following you, we may have to shorten your treatment. We will service you the best we can.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule any single appointment. If 24 hours is not given or the client does not show for their appointment, we reserve the right to ask the client to pre pay their next appointments.
Spa Days & Party Cancellation Policy We require 48 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your spa party or any of the services requested as part of the party, A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Please inform all your guests of our spa policy
What to Bring?
During all body treatments, you are draped with a spa robe to protect your privacy, however if you wish, you may bring a bathing suit for Body Treatments which require after shower.
What to Eat Before?
Refrain from eating a large meal at least one hour before your treatment. Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you feel at this time that you need to reschedule your appointment, we will be happy to accommodate you.
What to Tell Your Therapist?
Please inform your therapist, if you have any of the following: pregnancy, infections, heart or circulatory conditions, cancer, difficulty breathing, blood clots, arthritis, diabetes or any other condition which may have an impact on your treatment.
Arya Spa & Wellness ensures a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.
The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the Spa lounge area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.
Is Talking Allowed?
You can talk during the treatment or be still, as you choose. The therapist should follow your lead. If you’re not talking and the therapist won’t be quiet, you can say something like, “I’m just going to be quiet/rest for a little while.” The therapist will get the hint. In general, try to use a quiet “spa voice” when you talk anywhere in the spa.
When the treatment is over, the therapist should bring your robe and lay it across your table. Take it easy getting up as you should be very relaxed by now. The therapist is usually waiting outside the door with a glass of water, and will walk you back to the lounge.

We accept Visa, Master Card, ATM Direct Debit Card and Cash. We don’t accept personal cheques.
In appreciation of the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and cannot be used for this purpose.
Lost or Stolen Article
We regret that the Arya Spa & Wellness cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. We encourage all clients to keep their valuables with them at all times.
We’re always open to your suggestions and feedback. Please let us know how we may serve you better. The members of our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well-being of others. Because we want each guest to go home satisfied, we kindly ask that these few, but important, rules of SPA ETIQUETTE be observed: Please turn off your cell phones and pagers. The Spa is an oasis of peace and relaxation. For your convenience, there is a phone available at the front desk. Our staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your treatment undisturbed.
Insurance Receipt Policy If you require a receipt for your treatment from a registered therapist for insurance purposes you must make us aware of this at the time of booking and we can ensure that we have an RMT or Reflexology Therapist available to you. If you do not request this at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for an Insurance Receipt. Reflexology and Chiropractor service is also eligible for an Insurance Receipt. We are unable to offer insurance receipts for therapies paid for by a spa voucher or using Gift Certificates.
